Work included construction of a new two-cell lagoon and moving approximately 15,000 m³ of topsoil and clay to construct a new aeriation lagoon. Further work consisted of clearing and grubbing the site, installing a 1.6-km effluent pipeline to the Assiniboine River and a rip rap slope to prevent erosion. We installed an HDPE liner and restored the site.
