Work included construction of a 2,160 square-foot, three-bedroom transient unit, demolition of a 5,722 square-foot existing nursing station and construction of 3,213 square-foot building containing two joined one-bedroom units, and a separate one-bedroom unit, as well as repairs to existing duplexes.
